OMNIWASH 62P/S PASSTHROUGH DISHWASHER WITH 2 WASH PUMPS, 6.2KW SINGLE OR 3 PHASE. The Omniwash 62/PS is a heavy duty commercial passthrough, hood type dishwasher that meets the high demands of the commercial food service industry. The 62/PS is suitable for medium or large professional kitchens found in bars, pubs, hotels, restaurants and hospitals. With the power and efficiency to wash up to 60 racks per hour, it's amongst the fastest, most economical hood machines on the market. The dishwasher has 2 wash cycles, 3 or 4 minutes each; Each cycle will start automatically once the hood is raised and lowered. The dishwasher has two x 1 HP wash pumps, one pump for the top wash arm and a second pump for the bottom wash arm. This ensures that the dirty crockery gets a very thorough washing, double the washing power of a normal hood type dishwasher. The dishwasher is supplied with a water connection hose and a waste pipe. The 62/PS is fitted with a 5 x 2.5mm, 3 phase cable for connection to a 20 Amp 3 phase supply. If required, the dishwasher can be converted to a 32 Amp single phase supply. This can only be done by a suitably qualified and registered electrical technician, please check on the electrical regulations in your area. The Omniwash 62/PS dishwasher can be fed in both directions, left and right sides. The dishwasher can also be sited in a corner position, preferably a 90 degree corner. The 62/PS is supplied with three 500 x 500mm stackable baskets, two for plates and one for cups and also one cutlery holder. While one basket is washing in the machine, another basket can be preloaded with dirty crockery, ready to wash when the cycle is finished. The dishwasher automatically washes and rinses the crockery during the wash cycle. The 62/PS has a rinse aid dispenser and an automatic detergent pump can also be retrofitted to the dishwasher. The maximum plate height is 380mm. The strong stainless steel construction makes the dishwasher is very durable and very easy to clean. The machine is feed from a mains water supply and is emptied by pulling out the wash tank bung, the wash tank water then drains out under gravity. The dishwasher rinses at a temperature of 85 degrees C. This ensures that the crockery is properly sanitised when the wash cycle is finished. The 62/PS is very easy to use, simply push the ON/OFF button for automatic filling and heating of the dishwasher. Each automatic wash cycle is then started by simply opening and closing down the hood, making the 62/PS a very user friendly dishwasher. The rinse and wash temperatures are thermostatically controlled for efficient washing of crockery. The Omniwash 62/PS is manufactured in Italy using quality European components.

OMNIWASH EVO5000DDPS 500MM BASKET DISHWASHER WITH DET AND DRAIN PUMP. The Omniwash EVO500 is a high quality, premium and fully equipped professional undercounter dishwasher for hotels, bakeries, pubs, shops, restaurants and other commercial catering establishments. This item is fitted with a drain pump for waste disposal. The pump is activated at the end of the washing cycle to release dirty water from the machine. A drain pump is essential if the floor/wall drain pipe is level or higher than the water outlet of the dishwasher. The Omniwash EVO5000 has 3 cycle lengths to choose from: 2,3 or 4 minutes long. The EVO5000 uses a very powerful 1 HP wash pump, and can wash up to 30 racks per hour. The dishwasher is supplied with a removable wash pump filter and a removable drain pump filter. These, coupled with the removable wash tank filters, help to stop any unwanted wash debris from jamming up the wash pump or the drain pump. This drain pump is activated by pressing the Drain button on the touch display for 5 seconds. The drain pump will then run for a predetermined time until the wash tank has completely emptied. The dishwasher is supplied with a automatic Detergent pump and a Rinse Aid injector pump as standard. The EVO5000 is made in Italy from quality European components.
