Katerbay Points System

Welcome to the Katerbay Points System! Our loyalty program is designed to reward our valued registered trade account holders with points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Here’s how it works:

Earning Points

Eligibility: Only registered trade account holders are eligible to earn and redeem points.
Accumulation: For every €100 spent on eligible online purchases, you earn three points. Each point is equivalent to €1.

Redeeming Points

Redemption: Points can be redeemed quarterly. On the last day of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31), you can use your accumulated points towards your purchases.
Value: Each point is worth €1, providing you with a direct discount on your order total.

Resetting Points

Reset Policy: Once points are redeemed at the end of each quarter, your points balance will reset to zero. Start fresh each quarter to continue earning and enjoying rewards.

Terms and Conditions

Non-Transferable: Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration: Unredeemed points will expire at the end of each quarter and will not carry over to the next quarter.
Account Requirement: Points can only be earned and redeemed by registered account holders. Ensure you are logged into your account when making purchases to earn points.
Online Orders Only: Applies to completed online orders only.
